“We had the most incredible afternoon at their 48 W 28th street location in manhattan. I wanted to try out the hair spa and it was so luxurious. The service was very friendly, they did a a mini facial, face massage, head, arms, hands and shoulder massage and had those water halos for the hair spa portion. My hair feels so clean and soft and the massage was quite lengthy. Afterwards they blow dried my hair- 10/10 experience.“

The masseuses were incredibly kind and professional, always checking to make sure the pressure of the massage and the temperature of the water were just right. Their attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable.

One thing to note is that you’ll need to remove your top and lower your bra strap for a shoulder and chest wash and massage. It’s done very respectfully and adds a deeply relaxing element to the session.

What really stood out was the extra care at the end. After drying and moisturizing my hair, they scanned my hair follicles to show the progress after the treatment.
