From start to finish the service from all Genesys staff, at both locations, was excellent. I would like to thank Kelly, who performed both procedures. Her technique was exemplary. She explained everything thoroughly, executed well, moving through the procedures seamlessly. She also informed me, during each phase of the procedures, what was about to happen and alerted me when the procedure was going to be more painful (primarily in neck area) so I could be ready.

My skin improved so much over the course of 5 sessions! Hayley did a great job. Most of it was relaxing, although the extractions helped me practice pain tolerance. My acne is almost completely gone, and when pimples do appear it's much smaller and gone in hours. As for my acne scars, it's improved a lot. Of course, you need to take good care of your skin afterwards, and listen to their advice. I recommend this for anyone looking to clear up their skin.
