Most recently visited this office in Glen Oaks again and had the honor of meeting the PA Christopher who kind and thorough. Christopher went above and beyond what he needed to do to assist me in my medical care! It was my 1st time meeting the Physician Assistant Christopher but I can tell you he sent a follow up message via mychart and is an absolute asset to the Optum Urgent Care. I’m happy he is there. I saw a few bad reviews for this place so I felt I must tell about my experience here. I was there this morning 11/13 , I had a very pleasant experience. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Dr. Zamar Raza saw me. She was very nice. I didn’t feel rushed She sat down and spoke to me and listened to my concerns and questions. I feel very good about my visit with them and would recommend / go back.Steve P.
I was once a patient at this office in late December 2021 when I tested positive and negative for COVID-19. It was the 2nd time I was tested for COVID-19 despite I was vaccinated. The first time I got tested for COVID was back in early February 2021 at a different office at a different location. After my second COVID test, when I was negative, my doctor Dr. Wajiha Khan said that I am not likely to get COVID for the 3rd time. And so far, I have been perfectly fine. I hope that I don’t get COVID for the 3rd time.
