My handicapped mom and I walked in to make an appointment, and the pink-haired receptionist made it sound like we could wait a few minutes to see the doctor. It turned out we waited 40min+ and had to leave because of my mother's oxygen concentrator was running out of battery. Couldn't give a little priority to an obviously handicapped elderly.

My family and I have used this association for more than 20 years, it has always been a reference, I have always recommended it to my family and friends, but unfortunately for the last 3 years the services at this location, especially the customer service, have been completely disoriented and aimless. They put unprepared people to serve an audience that deserves much more than these kids can provide to the good old customers of this place. A total disregard for moral values. I came to the office to pick up my glasses at 4:40pm and the door was locked, according to them business hrs are form9-5. I called and knocked but no one answered so I was wanting outside and the full staff came out at 5pm and they didn’t want to help stating that they’re “closed”…I’ve been a patient with them for more than 20yrs and never had this happened until this new management came along.Update: last week I went back for my glasses on a Saturday. Got there at 4:40pm and they were still opened and the manager was there..thanks guys!
