Great company . Maureen was very responsive and overall it all felt very seamless. I look forward to purchasing additional units from them and recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend NorWest if you need to replace your PTAC unit.

I shopped around and the price was very competitive. Their reputation was good so I went with them.

The service is very good. I asked a ton of questions and got everything answered. They took my calls when I called. Maureen really is the PTAC Queen. Also the entire team was very helpful.

If you're stressing over your nonfunctional PTAC unit, give them a try.
