I highly recommend NorWest if you need to replace your PTAC unit.
I shopped around and the price was very competitive. Their reputation was good so I went with them.
The service is very good. I asked a ton of questions and got everything answered. They took my calls when I called. Maureen really is the PTAC Queen. Also the entire team was very helpful.
If you're stressing over your nonfunctional PTAC unit, give them a try.

I just installed 2 more HVAC Units in NYC after using them for a 3rd Unit last year and am fully satisfied with the quality of their work and products. Miquel installed the units both times with assistance and he is the most professional, reliable and personable AC installer I've worked with. Norwest also is very responsive to follow up needs and AC maintenance cleaning. I've worked with 3 different companies for 2 different apts and Norwest stood out with special recognition for Miguel's work! Highly recommend
