Well it's right around the corner from me, but I've also noticed improvements of late, too. I love the little outdoor area that smells like a farmer's market with all the fresh produce

It's clean and has a cozy/local feeling inside. However, the prices are too high and the hours are limited. They don't stay open late. But they do have anything you might need for a quick stop. For big grocery buys, go elsewhere.
