I wish I could give 0 stars to this salon… unnecessarily overpriced and very rude and untrained staff…. Me and my daughter went for a haircut and they earlier told me $35 and $25.. and later charged me $105…. And my daughter’s haircut is really terrible… Everyone in my neighbourhood and friends are saying what the mess I did with my hairs…
Totally disappointed…. I will never suggest this salon to anyone… please don’t waste your money

I visited for the first time May 11th for a wash and set + Cut. My hair was washed and straightened perfectly but the lady that cut my hair did not do a good job at all!! she left me with uneven hair and said it was because i had a side part (doesn’t make sense because regardless it should be even all around!!) i never asked for a side part she just chose to give me it. I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak english so i couldn’t communicate with her. then she did my eyebrows and took off way too much hair on one side and made it straight instead of arched so i left with my eyebrow 2 different shapes . she didn’t know what she was doing and i wish she told me because i would have went somewhere else.🙏🏼i was charged $78 for this service which is outrageous to me because i pay $45 for my hair everywhere i go . she didn’t even do rollos … The owner tried to offer me to come back and have a different lady fix my hair which i appreciated but i honestly rather never come here again. It was a waste of my money i literally went home and cried:(

If I could I would of gave a no star review I went in for a pedicure and paid extra for a callus treatment. The technician did attempt to remove the dead skin, but it was not done properly—there was still visible residue left. I asked her multiple times to go back and finish it, but even after trying again, the callus was not fully removed.
When she instructed me to rinse my feet, the water was extremely hot, and I burned my foot. I ended up having to put my hands in the water and manually scratch to remove the remaining callus myself. I did not receive polish, which is normally included in a pedicure, yet I was still charged $40. I believe the charge should have been reduced at least $10–$15.
The manager, Jenny (brunette, short, petite), another brunette with bangs and long hair, and an older lady, were dismissive and rude. They did not address my concerns and refused any adjustment. They also seemed prejudiced toward Black clients, assuming I would run off without paying, and they held my jacket in a confidential area I had no access to or knowledge of.
Overall, the service was incomplete, unsafe, and handled with rudeness and bias. I cannot recommend this salon.

It was my birthday today, I thought I was going to have a nice experience and I ended up with 3 bloody cuts in 3 of my fingers, not to mention the nail work was bad. The didn’t even moisturize my cuticle before claiming they’re giving me the Russian treatment. I’m not Russian. Avoid them!!!

I called to get a manicure and pedicure and asked if I could get an appointment for 4pm. They said no but I could make it 5pm. I decided to just wait there since I was already in the area. I got there at 3:45pm and was rudely asked “why would you come now if your appointment is at 5?” I told them I didn’t mind waiting. 4:45pm rolls around and someone who came after me was seated and started doing her nails. At 5:15, they were still doing their nails and no one said a word to me so I decided to leave. Terrible customer service but I’m not surprised with how I was greeted from the beginning.

I don’t recommend this salon. They are so expensive for a color wanted to charge me for a balayage $850 just to put a dye in my hair I was like what. Never again. This place will rip you off.

I just want to say , the atmosphere , the workers & the service just AMAZING . Came in for a pedicure , couldn’t have been any more satisfied . Especially I hate getting my toes done just from any where . 10/10 recommend coming here for ANY type of service .

I love the owner and the work they do. But this is the 2nd time I call in to make adjustments to my service appointment (up charges) and the girl acts slow. I ask can I speak to someone who understands English and she tells me “what’s app” I had an appointment for 4pm today but now I have to go elsewhere. All I wanted to do was add a dye job to my service, and see if I should go in earlier due to that change. I had enough and let her know I’ll be cancelling since it seems to be funny to her. This seemed to be even funnier. Will not be returning I’m disappointed.
If you speak Spanish and can get worked on by the owner, this place will be your spot. Not sure about the other reviews but she herself is quality customer service. Now her employees? They need to go

Horrible customer service. Would never recommend going here. Extremely rude lady I don't know how she manages to stay open. This nena chick doesn't know how to do nails and gets mad at me because I told her I didn't like the shape and how thick the nails are. It's a shame this salon is only pretty from an eyes view. Never coming back here
