Dr. Hugo, Dr. Cortes, and Juan are great.
Thankful for this local, neighborhood vet office that knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares for my boy. They don’t pressure you into having your dog go through unnecessary procedures like so many private-equity owned vet offices these days. Please support them.
What a great experience for my dog (and for me.) I came in because I realized that I needed some vaccines so that she could get groomed and for daycare, and they told me to come right in and took such good care of us. My dog wasn’t stressed out at all, and I love that I got to stay with her while they did the shots and took blood (I had them do all the tests she was due for as well, since I saw how relaxed she was with them.) The vet was efficient and thorough, and the gentleman who assisted him was helpful and kind, and so sweet to my pup. This is not a new, high-tech vet office, but what they do have is arguably more important - old-school personal attention and care.
Dr. Cortes is a fabulous vet! He’s always a quick message away and is super responsive. I also never have a problem getting an appointment set up which is a god send! He’s helped us with our to kitties, Rosie and Leonidas, many times. It’s clear he is passionate about his work and cares for his patients and their humans immensely.
