I just moved to Astoria a few weeks ago and was looking for a curl specialist when I found Michelle through a reddit thread. My first cut with her revived my curls and I don't dread washing my hair because of my tangles anymore. Later, I was feeling like I needed a little more volume and she truly delivered with small adjustments. You can tell her mind is seeing the vision before she even cuts your hair. It’s feels like I have found my hair stylist!

I am so so beyond grateful to have found Michelle to do my wedding hair! I was set on keeping my hair curly and her skill really exceeded all expectations. Not only did she beautifully style and set my curls but they stayed perfect all day in the August heat. She was so lovely to have around the day of my wedding and did a wonderful job with everyone’s hair.

I had the best experience after two awful experiences with curly hair "professionals" one being in astoria. Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I was nervous so I did an initial consult with her. She set me at ease and even went out of her way to schedule me when she typically wouldn't be open because of my insane schedule. She gave me a dry curly cut, toner, steam treatment and curly set. This is the best hair cut I've had in a long time and she she totally blended out my grays. This was my first time getting a toner and she guided me through the process the whole time. Michelle is the real deal, and will 100% be returning in the future.
