I was hesitant to bring my car to this place ,reading some bad reviews, but it was Saturday and I needed a repair. I went there and they explain exactly what was wrong with my car. They fixed it, they did took a little time, although they offered for me to wait inside the office, but honestly is a repair shop I can't expect it to be spotless clean so I went to have lunch down the block while they fix it. The mechanic took my car for a ride to make sure that noise was gone and it was good to go. The owner came out to make sure I was happy with the job, he has a funny way of saying things but I'm Italian and I know how old Italians talk, I have nothing else to... read full review

Great service! I took my car to two different other repair shops and they could not fix it. I took it to Lou Cal and they were able to do it in a timely manner. Very happy customer here! ?
