Please dont go to this office they are scammers they take money from insurance and lot of cash from us also.Dr.Arthur is the worst DDS doctor he did root canal and put little anesthesia and waited only one minute and start root canal next minute i told i am not numb he did not listen starred doing root canal and was in so much pain and telling him to put anesthesia but he didn’t listen that day he did 4 root canals all gave me too much pain and he took lot of cash from me and put gutta percha too long and and i have to go to india to extract 4 tooth which he did root canal.because i was having too much pain from 3 months Dr Arthur-please don’t go there they are scammers and take lot of money from you and insurance and still you will be in pain because i suffered 4 months in continuous pain.There staff also very very bad they are unprofessional and very bad service

This dental office is exceptional! Every visit feels smooth and stress-free. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly committed to patient comfort. Scheduling is easy, wait times are minimal, and the office itself is spotless and welcoming.
My dentist took the time to really listen and explain my options, which I appreciate. The assistants were gentle and made sure I stayed comfortable the entire time. You can tell everyone here takes pride in their work.
I’m always impressed with the level of care I receive. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants high-quality treatment and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I waited until my services were fully complete before writing this review. This place can get only 1 star out of me. The first appointment I had was at the hillside location. My appointment was at 2pm and I was not seen until almost 4:30. The assistant who came to clean my teeth was VERY rude after I explained to her that I had a hole in my tooth and was in a lot of pain. She proceeded to say “well you have a lot of plaque and I need to get it” not something you say to a patient when they tell you their mouth is in a lot of pain. I explained to Dr. Arthur that I was in a lot of pain for weeks and I've been popping motrin every 6hrs for that entire time. He told me I had an infection that's why I was in so much pain and that he will contact me once he got approval to remove the tooth. After 7 days no one contacted me I had to contact my insurance who then contacted the office. It just so happened I needed a root canal and they had not contacted me to let me know anything! Smh
I got an exceptional appointment at the Flathbush location due to my pain. It was made for a Sunday. I had a 9am appointment and wasn't seen till after 12pm! When I explained to Dr Arthur that the wait time is very long he insisted it was long because they were a busy clinic. No, its because you schedule everyone at the same time. Why do 5 patients have the same 9am appointment for a root canal? That's INSANE! He's RUFF when doing the procedure😦 I've had 2 other root canals and never had that much pain before, and his breath smells HORRIBLE. As a dentist you can fix that YOURSELF🤢
My final stop was back at the Hillside location where I was told to come in at 11:30 after switching my appointment time just to get the cap placed on my tooth. I watched numerous people get called ahead of me and was being as patient as I could be, it was at 1:19 when they called 12pm people to the back I decided to ask them why are all of these people going ahead of me as my name is literally the first one on the sign in appointment sheet. My patients running on E at this point. Dr Arthur proceeded to be unapologetic in wait time and told me I needed to bring a book the next time to keep me occupied. Or if I wanted to come in and pay out of pocket I will get quicker service. So because I pay insurance to pay you I get crappy service??? When I told him I would be writing a review he stated he didn’t care and do what I have to do. So here’s the review you don’t care about. Glad this nightmare is over.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My visit to this office was a nightmare from start to finish. First, let's talk about Stephanie, the receptionist. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While I was waiting to be seen, I actually witnessed her leave another patient on hold for an absurdly long time. It was clear she had completely forgotten the person was even on the line, and when she finally returned, her tone was anything but apologetic.
The rest of the staff was just as rude, and the waiting room was filled with patients openly complaining about long wait times, poor communication, and the overall unfriendly atmosphere. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
To top it off, the office itself was disgusting. There were serious health and hygiene concerns. The waiting area looked dirty and it felt like cleanliness wasn’t a priority here at all. Honestly, it made me wonder how safe their equipment and procedures are when the basic upkeep of the office is being neglected.
All in all, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning. If you're looking for a dental office that respects your time, maintains basic cleanliness, and treats patients with respect, look elsewhere.

I’ve never been more frustrated or disrespected at a medical office in my life. The front desk staff at 102-32 Jamaica Avenue Dental, specifically Stephanie, is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. She has absolutely no business working in a healthcare setting.
From the moment I walked in, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and careless. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by simply showing up for my scheduled appointment. Not only did she get my insurance information completely wrong, but when I tried to clarify, she cut me off mid-sentence and acted like I was the problem. She didn’t offer any help, didn’t answer questions properly, and made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.
What’s worse is that she clearly didn’t care about the patients or her responsibilities. No one deserves to be treated with that kind of disregard, especially in a place where people come for care and trust! If this is the face of their office, it speaks volumes about the management and overall quality of service. Save yourself the time, stress, and disrespect — I would not recommend this place to anyone. I walked out and will never return.
