I have been a hair club member for at least three decades. Kew Gardens in NY is my preferred location and they are very accommodating with my appt times starting with the coordinator Natalie and with supervisor Ana and salon manager Ridhi. Of course my stylist Janet Kennedy is awesome.
Things can be done more efficiently there. The prices are high and the hair looks wiggy and not undetectable like it's advertised. The staff should be paid better so that clients don't have to tip in addition to paying hundreds of dollars each month. I probably won't renew my contract again. I can get full lace wigs or hair toppers for less that look natural.Services: Hair coloring
I love their service, customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs as a client. The manager Ridhi and all the staff membersare very courteous, respectful and pleasant people. Nathalie, the receptionist is very kind. Nancy, Janet and Loren are my favorite hairstylists, they are very professional and very knowledgeable of their work, they also have great personality. I would highly recommend any one to go to the Hairclub salon located in Kew Gardens, Queens.Services: Hairstyling
