I was able to obtain an appointment quickly. Check in was automated with essentially no wait time. Staff were friendly, courteous, and respectful. Shavanni Thakker was pleasant, through, answered questions and explained exam and findings.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and all visits have been positive. I only see Dr Diakow in the Forest Hills office so I can’t speak about the other doctors or physician assistants there but Dr Diakow is very sweet, thorough and makes you feel very comfortable so I have no complaints thus far! She’s quick so I’m in and out in no time. Sometimes there is a wait so what can you do! Nothing terrible though.
My provider was Yaroslav PA. He explained everything thoroughly to me and answered many of my questions. I def will be coming back here. He also explained which medications I will be getting and what they specifically will help with. Offices were super clean! Front desk were kind and patient. Great place!Please keep in mind parking in the building was $17 for half hour.
