If there were a way to give more than a 5-star rating, we would. We came to Frederick Funeral Home on the day my mother passed away, one of the most difficult and heartbreaking days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, Lorraine was truly a blessing to our family.
She was compassionate, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. She guided us through every decision with care, sensitivity, and professionalism, offering thoughtful suggestions while respecting our wishes. Lorraine made herself available to us even on weekends and on her days off, always responding with kindness and reassurance when we needed it most.
My daughter called and spoke with Amanda to give information and find out what the procedure would be when my husband passed. She was very helpful and sympathetic. The day after my husband passed we saw Ryan who was very compassionate and helpful. He took his time to go over the arrangements in such a difficult time. Every staff member we met went above and beyond for all our needs. All the arrangements were perfect for short viewing. Before we left Fredericks I asked if we could pass my house for final goodbye before we went to chapel. As we came to my house they stopped and took a rose and placed it porch table. Me and my family are grateful and thankful for the exceptional service we received at Frederick Funeral Home. From the time I called to inquire over the phone, they were very courteous, and I could sense the compassion right away. Though I didn't met Ryan, he was so kind to answer some of my questions. Marie was a darling. She provided us all the details with respect, expertise and utmost care throughout the process. The staff were very kind and accommodating, They were very thorough in everything and treated us like family. I didn't have to worry at all that I forgot something.
