I had a fantastic experience ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming. The entire process—from check-in to the eye exam—was smooth quick and efficient.
The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right frames and lenses with no pressure at all. Rob, Larissa and Bella were excellent kind and attentive.
I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back for all my future eye care needs.

I’ve been coming to this location for about three years and am never disappointed. My first visit I was a little unsure because the doctor was virtual BUT it honestly felt the same and my prescription after was perfect.They staff here is flexible with scheduling, available to answer any questions and really put the customer first. I spent almost 30 minutes picking glasses and they were so patient. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed to spend more money.This year my new insurance is not accepted here and instead of trying to get me pay out of pocket financially they recommended I go somewhere else to utilize my insurance. Really great service! Bought frames that didn’t fit right and they replaced it with another pair for free! Where else am I going to get that kind of service. Thanks Davidoff Optical, you made me a fan for life?
