The staff and doctors are welcoming, genuine, and concerned for their patients' eye health, listening to every concern and going the extra mile to ensure they receive the best care.
Dr. Monique Mezei is absolutely amazing. She is such a genuine, honest, caring doctor. She cares about her patients and goes out of her way to ensure they are satisfied. I drive out of my way to go to her office because she’s worth the drive and I trust her judgment. They’re also quick to get you in for an appointment and they communicate with you quickly regarding authorization and any other matters. Always friendly as well! I go to the Melville office... great experience!
They are very kind. In and out for an eye exam. The Dr. And the receptionist/assistant is super helpful and friendly. You feel comfortable which is always a good thing.
