Daikin most definitely always fulfills my need for HVAC supplies and parts. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. These guys are doing a great job and I'm in and out of there in minutes, isn't that what all us HVAC mechanics want....👍

They’re supposed to close at 5pm but multiple times I get here at 4:30pm and they’ve locked the doors and no one comes to open up.

Terribal customer service, called and first the guy couldn't tell me if he has right part or not because his computer wasn't working. Then I called back and he wasn't sure that he has right part. When I came he went look for it and instead of a lot, as he promised over the phone, he had one. Bought a part from them and when I was leaving salesman said that I can return it in case it wrong part. When I came back since it wasn't right part he said I can't return it because plastic wrap is open.
