Crossland has been a lot of help to us upgrading the electrical capacity to our 100 year old townhouse in Queens. The house had never had its electric service upgraded and I was concerned that the very low capacity connection to Con Edison was dangerous and wanted to upgrade to safely accommodate heat pumps and electric heating in the future. Peter worked with me to find the right route into our building and he and his team did a good job digging a path from our house to the property line to connect with Con Edison. He came at last minutes notice to ground my outlets and fix my light switches for a coop built in the 60s. The work was done quickly with only one small issue that was quickly sorted out. For the price paid and quality of work, I couldn't recommend them more!
Had an issue with a very old electrical 2-prong outlet that was very loose in the wall, and so anything plugged-in would occasionally shut off --- especially when I tried plugging in (or turning on) an additional item in the power strip. Realized it needed to be fixed (for safety), and figured I should upgrade to 3-prong in the process. I was concerned about the ancient wiring in the house. Peter explained that the old wiring shouldn't be a problem. He quoted me a price over the phone, and advised me when he could arrive.
