After 7 years of working with this dry cleaner, I can say Lou and his team act above and beyond what is expected. They have gotten me through countless last minute needs, like work emergencies and tailoring for weddings. I never had to think twice about when my laundry would be pick up and dropped off. They were quick and never messed up. Even saved multiple garments that were very stained. I am sad to be moving away from them after all these years, I will likely not find better cleaners.

Came in with a shoe lace in my hoodie that was jammed. They fixed it right then and there, no charge. I come for other alterations and fixes and they do it at a reasonable price especially if you live in the area!

I should have written this review sooner. I’ve been a customer for 3 years. Lou is friendly & helpful, & Crescent Hills Cleaners always does a great job. They’ve even gone above & beyond to repair a reusable shopping bag I like, & removed some unsightly stitches from a pair of my sneakers. Very affordable prices & super quick turnaround. Highly recommend for all your dry cleaning & tailoring needs ??
