“I wanted to thank the service department at Helms Bros. Bayside, for prompt and professional service from when I pulled up in torrential rain on Monday from John Gill, to my associate Alan Mok and finally from the wonderful customer service I received from running in on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m by Leanny and Teneh. After rushing to get there prior to closing they greeted me with smiles and professionalism. I couldn’t get a service appointment in Nassau county for several days. I logged on Sunday night and was able to secure an appt for Mon morning at 7:30 am”
