Roger the mechanic is honest, reasonable, and an expert in his field. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this place. My Volkswagen tiguan was experiencing hesitation . Roger repaired my vehicle and it's running in perfect condition with no hesitation. Patricia is the best as well. She is honest, understanding and works with you. She listens to you and helps you. I truly appreciate and thank you all .
Around two months ago I brought my Subaru Outback with a failed head gasket in for repair. They quoted the repair at a very fair price, more competitive than other quotes I received, and with more work included. They did a great job, the head gaskets are fixed, and the car has run great since. Final bill was exactly what I had been quoted originally. No surprises. They were very friendly and kept me informed throughout the week how the repair was coming along. When I came to pick up my car, I got the sense they really cared for their customers and took care of them. Everyone there is super nice and easy to work with. So glad I found them, and ended up here.
I rarely write reviews, but must give a shout-out to this terrific outfit, which really saved me. I found them on Google when I was driving to NYC from far upstate on the Friday of Labor Day weekend: the check engine light went on in my 2004 Subaru and it began to drive roughly. A service station where I pulled off the road diagnosed a cylinder misfire, but couldn't help me, so I phoned Subaru Manhattan, since NYC was my destination. Pat was incredibly helpful and reassuring -- I drove straight there and they not only were willing to help, they explained all the problems, gave me an estimate, and completed the repair so that I was able to pick up the car the next day! It's truly the best experience I've ever had with a car repair -- after many decades of car ownership. They are not inexpensive, but they are fully worth every penny. Needless to say, I hope never to have another problem with my car, but I will surely go to them if I do. They are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and -- most important -- super-competent. They were also very kind.
