Excellent experience from start to finish. Front desk staff & Service advisor John K. Are very friendly. Not once was I pressured into buying anything my vehicle didn't need. The service waiting area is clean, open and includes complementary amenities. My loaner vehicle was a new 2023 GLB but I do want to point out it should have been cleaned before giving it to clients.. the interior had too many smudges and dust. Other than that, I still trust this service center with my vehicles.

Helms bros service department went above and beyond my expectations. I was i need of a repair and the team at the service department did everything to get my car back on the road. I explained to them that I worked crazy hours and needed my car and they helped me. I can not be happier with the way they treated me and my family. Helms bros is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with.
