I was looking through my reviews and I noticed I gave Jeong Chen a five star review and I was shocked. I guess I forgot about it because the next time I washed my hair at home my hair fell off like slime so I had bigger problems. He insisted on leaving the review in the salon and that should have been my first clue there was something off, he gave me samples for extreme damage lol ironic. After he gave me samples I was happy to assist with leaving the review. However, I didn't know what was waiting for me when I washed my hair next. I had to cut so much off. He ruined my hair. I wanted to finally try a Balayage and discovered Jeong on Yelp. Based on the reviews I gave him a try. Because of my use of home diy color dyes for covering my roots it was difficult to achieve the color I wanted but he tried his best and the end result was still beautiful. He did it all: cut, balayage and blow dry. I only go to him now. You will not be disappointed!!!! Be prepared to be at the salon for 5-6 hours.
Jeong did such a great job cutting my hair! There are only a few moments in my life where I came out of the salon loving my haircut, and this was one of them. Although it was busy in the salon, Jeong was still meticulous and didn't rush my haircut. I'll definitely be back :)
