I live in Florida and travel every so often to get my hair cut with Rafael. His brother Alex and their father Mark are the most professional and sincere people. I have been getting my haircut at Allan’s lll for close to 25 years and the service and haircuts are superior to any other establishment in Astoria and also in Florida where I currently reside. The most important part of the haircut is the cleaning of the neck with a straight edge. Afterwards, I feel nice and neat. Give them a try if you haven’t. You will leave very satisfied!!

If you go in December the last station becomes a mini bar and you can leave your haircut feeling extra spirited on the house.

Best barbershop in Astoria! Alex, Raphael, and the OG Mark all do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them—especially if you have a child with disabilities. My 12-year-old, who has disabilities, is always treated with dignity and respect. The team works quickly while still delivering top-notch haircuts and service. Best of all, they create a welcoming and inclusive environment. As they always say when the haircut’s done: “Nice and clean!”
