I had an excellent experience with Noel. We focused in one-to-one Pilates workshops. I’ve learned a tremendous amount and have found his Pilates workshops to be an absolute necessity!

Tried this spot when I was in town and I absolutely loved it! It’s small but perfect and everyone is so friendly and accepting. I’m still new in the Yoga space and this spot made me feel comfortable with not knowing, highly recommend !!

Today was my first session, and it was amazing. The Place is very clean and organized. Elaine is the owner, and she was extremely nice. My yoga instructor Kay was very attentive, and was very helpful. I will definitely Return and I highly recommend this place.
