I went here this year for the 8th grade SHSAT and let me say this was INCREDIBLE not only did bobby teach just math and english he taught us life lessons such as hard work detemination and FAR FAR more. I myself got into a Specilzed high school through bobbys tutoring.I started out with a abysmal score of 200 but by the end of bobbys tutoring i averaged 550+ a 350+ improvement in just a few months.Now if i got in to a specilized high school and i started at a 200 score im sure just about anyone who puts in the work and dedication to bobbys work and learns what he teaches they will I can as far as i know get in to a specilized high school.

Cris is creative, clean, and precise. I always get the fade on the sides and it comes out perfect every-time. He be doing those fancy intricate designs too and I always get compliments on his artwork. This shop is clean, chic and all the people are always happy and smiling there.

Been coming to this barbershop for several years now. My barber is Manuel—who is absolutely awesome! Manuel is very consistent—always professional, always does an excellent job, and cuts my hair with care. My only complaint is that he is often so busy that I have to call ahead to get an appointment lol (challenging for those spur of the moment quick cuts one might need). That being said, there have been occasions over the years where Manuel wasn’t available and I needed to go to other barbers in the shop. They, too, did a good job on my cut. Moreover, the barbers at this shop all appear to cut different grades of hair well. I have seen people with different types of hair all leave seemingly satisfied and with good cuts. If you are looking to get a solid haircut, Exclusive is a good choice.

She is simply the best at what she does, and I refuse to change her for anyone else. from my eyebrows to full legs and bikini waxing, she handles everything flawlessly Soba has an incredibly warm, sweet personality and a gentle touch that instantly puts you at ease, She actually did my bikini waxes throughout both of my pregnancies, and she was so remarkably delicate, careful, and attentive to my comfort during those times on top of her amazing skills, she is so lovely and patient whenever I have to bring my kids along with me, which is a huge relief as a mom the salon is always spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming finding someone you trust completely with your waxing and threading is rare, and traveling out of state for 5 years proves just how worth it Soba is. Lisa is not only a very sweet person but a professional haircutter with decades of experience. After I moved from Jack Hts to Long Island years ago I couldn't find a men's cutter that cut the way I wanted and many times ended up with an uneven cut and way shorter than I wanted. My hair was long up until today and I wanted it a little shorter and styled better. Showed Lisa some photos from a few years ago and said I want THAT again. Without a blink, Lisa delivered and I LOVE the styled long cut she gave me. I'm glad Lisa is still cutting and my driving 1-1/4 hrs to her shop from LI for a cut that I know I will love is not a problem at all. LISA IS THE BEST.

First off the 5 stars is for the excellent basic haircut, attentive service, and modest ambience. I have not tried their other services. So I rate this a 4 because I have not tried their other services. I have lived in Astoria and LIC since 94 and have tried several barbers. The best two before this one was Casablanca and Andreas, but I like these guys more. I always get a nice clean haircut here. The barbers may not talk a ton but they are quite attentive. On my first visit the barber saw I was hot and blew some nice COOL air on me at times during the hair cut. The second visit the other barber gave a free scalp massage that was quite relaxing. The price for a haircut - $10! And so far, I always receive compliments from friends, co-workers, and family after I get a haircut from them. They offer a shave for additional $10 but I have not tried that yet.. Now if you are seeking a gleaming hair salon with the newest advanced equipment and haircare products or prefer the old fashioned Italian barbershops in the movies (which you can find at Andreas) you will not find that here. You will find a clean but modest place where the barbers have the Bangladeshi channel on and you will hear conversations in English, Bangla, and maybe Hindi float about. It is a unique world which takes me out of NYC. One reason for this is this area of LIC/Astoria could be called little Bangladesh/India/Pakistan, with Bangladeshi and Pakistani more predominant (as well as a sprinkling of peoples from North Africa - Moroccan and Algerian). So for the little ethnic getaway AND an excellent haircut is what makes it special. Do go in - they keep a rather straight face but as I wrote they are attentive and do excellent work that is worth much more than $10. Afterward you can get a meat patty and veggie samosa at Alladdin for $2.00 or walk a few blocks down to try Thai at Ahearn, Venezuelan arepas at Arepas Café, or Norman French food at Café Triskell.

It's the best driving school in Jackson Hts. Better than Everest Driving School, which is located on Jackson Hts 74th Street 2nd Floor top of Mark's Home Care Agency. However, if you want to be a professional driver you need to take an actual 5-hour class from Ferrari Driving School which is located at 2444 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn, NY 11208. Ask for Instracter Taklu Sir
