The ambiance of the store looks amazing and the front desk staff was friendly polite and willing to work with you and help you answer any questions or concerns you have. The doctor is very wonderful and patient and also welcoming. I felt very comfortable I used to go to Cohens but the experience was not the best and this place they used state of the art technology to test your eyes full medical exam than Cohens fashion optical.“

“I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous . This is a practice that i would recommend.
Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!
