What can I say? I haven’t experienced anything worth having a “cons” section of review. Friendly staff. Easy to get in contact with. Quick to assist with any issues. Payroll is always on point - worth mentioning!
My neighbor needs a home attendant and when I called to inquire about the process and her insurance I spoke to a lovely young lady Denise she was very patient with me answering all our questions and concerns since this will be her first time. Great customer service we appreciate the clarification Denise!
