What began as a straightforward exterior painting project quickly turned into a much larger restoration job once work got underway. As is often the case with older homes, we discovered extensive rot in multiple areas of the trim, along with sections of cedar shingles that needed to be completely replaced. Highly recommend! Oscar and his team did an incredibly thorough job preparing, prepping and sanding. They repainted pretty much every interior room in the house, which sorely needed it. They didn’t cut any corners. Communication was always easy and Oscar was patient and helpful in the process of finalizing paint colors.
Our old roof started leaking last fall. After replacing the roof, we needed a painting team to come in to replace damaged ceiling sheetrock, match the original paint etc.
All in, a small job. Patrick's team came in as scheduled, protected the furnishings below, proceeded with the work, and finished promptly.
We have worked with Patrick before and will continue using his team as needed.
