They made pilot holes (which they later refilled with cement) in the foundation in different areas of the basement to help determine the most the most effective placement for the mitigation system. This was an extra step that none of the other companies offered to do. As a result, the radon has significantly dropped to a safe level. I am very pleased with the job that Adam and his crew performed, their attention to detail as well as the cost.
