NMA is awesome. Raising our kids to be confident, strong (mentally & physically) and disciplined takes a village, and they are teaching my son the tools he needs… being apart of the NMA family is priceless and something I highly recommend.
We are back at NMA because we became displeased with our prior dojo for the littles. My oldest earned a black belt from NMA and we were very happy with his participation so we came back and now my littles a are learning focus, exercise, and self defense from NMA! The teachers are skilled and really know how to teach the kids. I can see the kids' progress in the few short months we have been here with them. Highly recommend!
Being new to Martial arts, and not the most graceful person I was nervous about starting but needed something to get me motivated to improve my physical and mental health. This place is the answer to many weeks of searching! Everyone is helpful and non judgemental. The classes are fun and an excellent workout. I gain more confidence with each classI couldn't be happier with my choice .
