The Willow House is such a wonderful find in Potsdam. From unique gifts to charming décor, there’s truly something for everyone. The shop has a refreshing small-town feel, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes browsing a joy. A lovely spot I’ll be happy to return to!
Recently, our car was totaled. Luckily, our son knew just where to go after buying one for himself a few months ago. We were so impressed with his experience and his Subaru that we decided to go to Engle's Auto for ourselves.
We found the car we wanted immediately, a 2017 Subaru Forester. It is in mint condition with very low mileage and absolutely no rust. This gem came loaded with all the bells and whistles. The price was right. We were hooked!
We found Engle's to be a unique experinece, setting theselves apart from other competition. It's not about quantity with Engle's, it's about quality. In addition, the service is very attentive, polite, friendly, and we had little to nothing to do to get this car on the road. All in all it was an awesome car buying experience!

We hired William's Classic Painting to paint several large rooms that have 11 ft. ceilings, beams and trim. Bill assisted us first in selecting paint colors from the highest quality paint manufacturer to ensure that our paint has long lasting color and durability. Bill and his team expertly spackled and spot patched all imperfections in the walls and ceilings before beginning their work. He and his team arrived at 7am each morning and worked straight until 4:30pm with a short break for lunch. They didn't waste a moment of time standing around smoking or talking on the phone. They carefilly moved all furniture out of their way and carefully put it back when they were done, each day. They also removed and replaced all hanging art, curtains, and light fixtures. They showed immense respect for our home and belongings and made every effort to reduce disruption to our home life. The quality of work and professionalism aligns perfectly with their pricing structure. We are very pleased with the work that Williams Classic painting has done for us and will absolutely hire Bill again!

I have to say that the Utica crew (Terry, Mark…all the guys) are really fantastic to deal with in every way. They are so patient and helpful. They take the time to learn about your project and understand what is needed to get things completed. They will share their recommendations and discuss options…it’s really great. Terry in particular has been very generous with his time and expertise to walk me through a radiant heat install that I am handling myself. Even better yet, I’ve been having some great laughs at the counter !! It’s exactly the kind of service, attention and experience that is impossible to get at the big box stores. I can’t thank those guys enough for all their help ! Highly recommend the store !!

Been going since I was little kid. I always go to Jodi she does a great job. Even have my hubby go there since we got together. Jodi and Maryland both do a great job with his hair especially with his cowlicks. His hair little bit of a pain. Normally others mess up his hair because of it.
From the Heart Cabinetry is a wonderful. I absolutely love my cabinets. I would give the quality of the cabinets five stars. My husband and I did a lot of research and these are the best.
I bought kitchen, dinning, bathroom and office cabinets. I picked three colors and they turned out beautifully. I am happy with everything.
My husband and I worked directly with Emily. She is truly amazing. She sent me tons of samples and colors to help me figure out what would work best. I LOVE my wood island color. She worked so hard on making that perfect. I love cabinet design as well.

I had black hair I went in and said I want my hair blonde and curly. Two sessions all it took . Even after the first one sesh hair came out blonde! Brittany and her mother do a really good job ?☺️
Absolutely loved my first pedicure experience here!! The techs were all super attentive and very much paid attention to detail. I had the same tech do my pedicure then full set and his meticulous work was amazing. He was very gentle. Then a separate tech did my eyebrows and also was very good, making sure to ask if the wax was too hot and if he was hurting me! 10/10 experience and I’ll be back for all my future salon needs!
I got an appointment fast, everyone working at the store were professional, and kind. I've been to many places for eye appointments and this place was the best thus far. I will be making more appointments in the future to visionworks at the potsdam plaza, thank you ?
We brought my 13 year old Shih-poo Lucy in to be put to sleep. She had breast cancer and they where all so kind and caring with her and Us . They gave us all the time we needed and went at our pace with her. They took excellent care of her.
