Failed Samsung S24 Ultra display. They installed new display but overpriced POS Samsung ultra s24 still had blank screen. No physical damage, no moisture exposure. The good part is. They absorbed the cost of trouble shooting. That tells me they are a very honest computer shop.

For better or for worse, technology dominates life in the 21st century. Work, personal communication, and recreation all seem to require a connection these days. Recent issues with our PC brought that into sharp focus and having Kyle availible was the only thing that made it tolerable. Kyles skill, advice, and persistance over several weeks got us back up and running. I would note that none of it was convenient for him and it couldnt have happened at a busier time of year. From the begining, it was obvious that taking care of us as clients was Kyles primary concern and that dedication has made him a customer for life. Highly reccomended.

Have been a customer for many years- in a word service is AWESOME ! Kyle has never let me down....kept all my business and personal gear running regardless of problems-doesnt get better than that !
