I know a half step above nothing about plumbing, but I was in a situation where I had to figure out a repair. Potsdam Plumbing Supply was my THIRD stop looking for a part. They had the hard-to-find extender in stock, and the spout/diverter I needed, and I got it all for less than the price of just a spout at the big box store down the road.
The staff is also super helpful and encouraging. My tub spout is no longer leaking hot water thanks to Potsdam Plumbing Supply. Great experience, and I’ll be a customer for life (though I hope I don’t need to do much more plumbing).
