I’m very happy to have gotten two last minute appointments to update Gilbert’s vaccinations, however that could have been avoided had the office checked his records to see that he was due for those shots in the first of four appointments to get everything up to date. I will be vigilant in the future to avoid repeated office calls

Dr. Hagelund and staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so wonderful with my 2 current pups and my eldest who passed at the age of 17 last December after several years living with Cushings. The care Dr. H and staff have provided has been excellent and I am so grateful that my pups have a solid, caring medical team to go to when needed.

My Papillon had surgery recently and had 3 teeth removed and others cleaned. Expected her groggy and not feeling well. Came home all p wet because she peed in her kennel wet the towel they had in there with her and never changed it. Poor baby felt, looked and smelled awful We had to shampoo her and blow dry her the very next day and we paid over $700.00 for the surgery.. We expected better care of our furbaby.
