Our trainer, Neville, goes above and beyond during every session with our puppy, Nala, to ensure that we are learning right along with her. You could tell he truly loves what he does - he's so enthusiastic, writes comprehensive reviews, takes adorable pictures of her progress, and always goes the extra mile to make sure we feel reassured and at ease!
