Besides from doing a fantastic job, I really appreciate how quick and communicative they are! They send you a text about 20 minutes before they’re completed so you can pick your pet up right as they finish and you don’t have to worry about your pet waiting around in a cage or anything, which I love. Hank is a little shy but he always has a big smile when he comes home from the Groomer’s (and he smells and looks amazing)! Another bonus is the really adorable bandanas he gets everytime!“

I have a very aggressive and large dog and they so kindly squeezed me in when he started limping. They were extremely patient with both me and my dog Sam. Dr. Kremmerman, Malik, Diana and the front desk staff (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!!!) were absolutely wonderful and made this process so much less stressful. I had been dreading coming in to get the help he needed because of his aggression. I’m so incredibly glad I came. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart!!!
