PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MY REVIEW.
I almost didn’t come check out this gym because of the reviews below mentioning broken machines, dirtiness, etc.
This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve seen in Westchester considering the price. The bathrooms are CLEAN (no urine smell), the pool is clean, and the equipment is great. The machines are not brand new, but they work very well. I even saw an employee on standby fixing equipment immediately if needed.
The gym is organized, the weights are properly put away, and there is plenty of space to train comfortably.
So I honestly do not understand the negative reviews below, because this gym...read full review
41st day of going to different LA Fitness locations along the East Coast.
High traffic, low culture. Good luck finding your weights next to a dude peacefully talking to someone for 20 minutes between sets.
First time I couldn’t complete my workout.
Sauna out of service too
Nice orientation of facilities, I mostly swim so I know I'm good, walking around the gym design; it's big open sections spaces. ; navigate with care bc the cardio from full body exercises can make that time to the next training session to keep a productive workout.
I suggest having split group exercise of 1-3, entertaining the idea of 4 sets of 12 that next machine if you tap in. Take in mind it's always important to utilize all aspects of training to improve flow of movement so have fun with a new goal in mind
