As a part of the dojo it was a no brainer to celebrate such a ONEderful occasion (our son's 1st birthday)there. The Borlands and all of our karate family have become such a huge part of our lives. Thank you for all the support, friendship, and life values you have shared with our family. Our home away from home! Karate is so much more than just another "activity" or "sport". While many people associate martial arts with fighting and competition, the reality is that it is much more than that. It is a form of personal growth that combines physical training with mental and spiritual growth. Our oldest son started in 2020 and my husband in 2021. They absolutely love it and have benefited greatly in both ways. In terms of hosting birthdays... Mrs. Borland and her crew did an amazing job entertaining and teaching the kids. They also did an awesome job decorating and pulling the whole party together. From decorating, to hosting, to teaching and entertaining our guests. It was perfect! We can't thank you enough!
We love everything about this place!! The Borland’s work so well with our son who has some special needs and have made all of us feel so comfortable. All of the instructors are great. Prices are good, atmosphere is excellent you could look but you won’t find a better place for you or your kids!!
This is a great dojo. My son started last August as a five year old and he loves it. All the instructors take the time to meet each child where they’re at, challenging them while cheering them on. The activities are age appropriate and fun. I enjoy watching my son grow in skill and take pride in his accomplishments.
