“The maternity department at Highland is exceptional. The nurses are so kind and attentive. They answered all of my questions and did their best to attend to our needs given such a stressful time. The doctors are also available to answer questions and explain whatever process is next. It is important to understand that as patients in a busy hospital we should not be entitled to receive care at the snap of our fingers. We must be flexible an understanding with the busy staff who is trying their best to serve all.“
