He removed massive polyps in my nose with little discomfort and gave me great care with follow up appointments. 560 White Spruce Blvd, Rochester“Dr. Maggio is an excellent physician, who cares about his patients. His professional assistants are top-notch as well. I've had no issues with appointments, and the one time I visited an urgent care facility for a relatively minor matter on a weekend, his office called on Monday to make sure I was okay.
I don't know that I agree with the complaints about getting an appointment on short notice. It's true of all practices, in my experience, and the simple solution is to visit an urgent care center.“
“Much shorter review on Google because I wrote it laying in your hospital bed, so here goes... 12/25 I broke my ankle in Hornell and was sent here the following morning. I had many high and low moments At my lowest, the ER nurses, 7th floor nurses and 7th floor patient care techs all cheered me up and wished me well. Many of the 7th floor staff who saw me struggling and comforted me with amazing bedside manner also watched me do PT and I'm pretty sure I saw some smiles like they were thinking, "I knew he could do it." Thank you for your staff but also for the reassurance. ❤️“

420 Cross Keys Office Park, Fairport“The staff in the office and Dr Kopp are usually great. The receptionists and nurses are polite and helpful, no bad attitude. Dr. Kopp takes his time with his patients, and listens and takes action. But I saw Darlene Dinapoli (NP) a few times instead, and she straight up suuux. Very judgmental, even threatening to tattle to a specialist about me not meeting my goals and just generally belittling me. Also has to stare at a screen for five minutes to handle common diseases, and would much rather hand you a piece of paper then chastise you for not doing everything on it, without bothering to discuss it like we're two adults working on a problem together. All that and she's in no hurry to solve issues. I have told her about some and she didn't get a test done until I brought it up again at the next appointment. I do like the rest of the staff and the nice, clean facility so I'll stick with them.“

So grateful they exist and beyond grateful for the care I have received from them and other locations over the years. This clinic is immaculately clean and well appointed as well.
