What an outstanding facility. Every staff member is courteous, polite, and exceptionally helpful. They go out of their way to answer any and all questions a veteran may have and provide clear direction. Community Care has also been fantastic.
When I requested to see a dermatologist around May, the on-site dermatologist was booked until October. They promptly offered and scheduled me with a civilian dermatologist, even though it was some distance away. Fortunately, this facility added a dermatologist to their staff and contacted me to offer an earlier appointment. They booked me for July to see the staff dermatologist.

The VA is the VA what they get right is good But what they get wrong oh! my!! 4 months onto it and still I'm fighting the good fight, Now out of nowhere they lost my phone number and know one could get ahold of me good try so I when down there today to talk to people in person nice and calm trying to figure out what's going on. I've got appointments aplenty. The wheels are turning and things are happening. I'm pumped. Go VA Go !!.
better to go in to make an appt then on the phone. i hate being sent to a triage nurse all this insanity to make an appt for something. and also why is my serivce connected dependent on how much i make. they treat us like welfare!! oh wow i had to make some money to get gas so im over by a thousand bucks now you want to kick me off. THIS DAMN VA NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!
