“My husband and I discovered water damage to the wood floor under our laminate in the condo we had just bought - it had clearly been there for a while, and the floor was so warped the laminate was bursting out. It was right in the middle of our living room and our apartment was already a wreck from getting ready for a new baby, so we were distraught, especially when most of the companies we reached out to quoted astronomical figures and/or said they would only do the project if they could redo the whole room. We needed the apartment to be safe for a new baby, but also couldn't afford to redo our whole apartment.
