“I have used Northeaster Appliance recently and I was very satisfied with their service. They are prompt and text you when they are close to the house. Never have to guess where they are. They are friendly, was very happy with their work and they clean after themselves. Could not ask for more. Thank you! to the two Gentlemen that were at my home.”
“I needed a valve and a thermocouple replacement for my old gas hot water heater. After a series of plumbers who were only interested in selling me a new system, I found Tom at Olympic. His staff came with the parts which Tom had suggested and fixed my problem at a very fair price. My unit is like me , old but running and in relatively good shape. It isn't easy to find a competent honest service these days.”
“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. When I initially spoke with Donna on the phone she was very helpful, explained what the cost would be, and told me she could have a technician to my house within 2 days. Shane and Leroy were very professional and efficient and were able to replace the compressor and get our refrigerator working again at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I highly recommend ATR Appliance Tech Repair.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair”
