“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. When I initially spoke with Donna on the phone she was very helpful, explained what the cost would be, and told me she could have a technician to my house within 2 days. Shane and Leroy were very professional and efficient and were able to replace the compressor and get our refrigerator working again at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
