“Viking D3 gas range had issues with the oven burner not fully igniting allowing us to smell a little gas. Deloy came and assessed the issue to agree the burner needed replacing and discovered the oven door hinges also needed replacing which is contributing to gas smell escaping. He called the office who called their viking vendor, confirmed parts are in stock and ordered them. A week later Deloy returned and everything is working great. Oven door is nice and tight to open like when we first bought it. The office was also great and very communicative with calling ahead to schedule the repair date while the parts shipped instead of waiting for the parts to come in and then calling. Deloy was neat, and clean protecting the area while he worked.”

“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. When I initially spoke with Donna on the phone she was very helpful, explained what the cost would be, and told me she could have a technician to my house within 2 days. Shane and Leroy were very professional and efficient and were able to replace the compressor and get our refrigerator working again at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
