I have used Northeaster Appliance recently and I was very satisfied with their service. They are prompt and text you when they are close to the house. Never have to guess where they are. Northeastern is the most professional repair experience I've encountered. They fixed my Subzero. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Followed Up several times to check in while we awaited the parts. The fridge is as good as new. Beyond just function, the fridge looks brand new. Thank you guys! Will not hesitate to call them if needed. Excellent.
I was notified by phone when the technician would be coming and immediately before he arrived. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He did the work efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Excellent service! I will always call Northeastern in the future.
