“This review is for the factory tour as I haven’t build a house with them yet: the employees providing the tour as well as anyone my wife and I spoke with were very informative, helpful and provided great customer service. I want to particularly highlight Lucas and the lady from the cafeteria (don’t know her name). My wife and I visited for a tour with our baby and we were informed babies were not allowed in the tour for safety reasons which I completely understand. They offered us to go in the tour in turns and I went first but since it was the last tour of the day, Lucas personally took the time to provide a tour for my wife. Not only that but during our time there he seemed genuinely interested in providing a great experience for us and it was a great guy in general to speak with. There were also other employees who were very helpful. The lady from the cafeteria was very friendly too. These are the kind of employees that leave great impressions on the customer!“
