My friends had no heat all of a sudden , of course when temp goes down to the 20's !! They came out pretty quick for a last minute call and got the heat working again and it didn't cost a fortune. Great customer service, friendly, caring and professional !!!

I can’t say enough good about my new furnace. I Upgraded to a much newer Rheem. It has five blower speeds, and I have it on medium low. Whenit turns on, I don’t even hear it. The new Smart thermostat is very easy to use. Chiasson’s added a heating duct to my kitchen at my request. Not only does it look nice, it’s the perfect amount of heat added to the kitchen. They also redid the main supply line because it didn’t have the correct volume and now the whole system works beautifully. Chaisson’s did a great job on installing our new furnace and keeping the old one going as needed before the replacement. Very responsive and all around good people. A special thanks to Chuck, Mark, Nate, Heath and Sam. Much appreciated!
