Thank you for coming when I was in need of having my heat not working correctly. I was afraid I would have no heat when it got colder. They were so quick to come and get it working again! Super company!

A short time ago I was without heat for over 2 and a half days. The company I had been dealing with was not answering over the weekend. They tried fixing it on Friday, but it went out that evening. House temp got down to 56 degrees. Tri County heard of my problem and offered to come free of charge on Monday morning! The technician found the problem early Monday morning. A part had to be ordered. The owner went to Syracuse the next day to personally pick it up, and I finally had heat by Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately it seems anytime we need a repair it falls on a Sunday. Rick has always been professional and kind when we pull him to our home on a weekend for whatever ailment our 30 yr old boiler seems to have. We greatly appreciate the timely service we recieve and at a cost that does not break our bank. Love this company and highly recommend them.Services: Heating system repair
