Our heating/ air conditioning system stopped working. After discovering that mice had eaten through the wires and caused the capacitor to malfunction, we were told the capacitor was obsolete and we would have to buy a new system worth thousands of dollars. We called Tri-County and they came out and in about 30-40 minutes they fixed it and everything is working properly. What a great experience!!! They could have told us it was impossible to fix and then we would have had to buy a new system. So they were very honest and capable and got the job done. We are so thankful and will always call them if we need something diagnosed and fixed. Thank you so so so much. Great guys and company.
My furnace got red-tagged for carbon monoxide during freezing weather, and I was panicking. The woman in the office heard my daughter in the background and immediately reached out to the team to get someone to me sooner and the owner himself came out!
He greeted me so warmly and was incredibly friendly, like we’ve known eachother for years. He explained everything clearly, was completely trustworthy and honest, didn’t charge me full price since there wasn’t much to fix, and even texted the next day to make sure everything was okay.
I’m so grateful my friends recommended this company to me. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!
