Bertrand’s Construction, Inc. is an excellent company to do business with. Our 95 year old mother has needed a new roof on her old farmhouse for a few years and kept putting it off. When I recently asked to see if there were any reliable roofers in the area, since I don’t reside in St. Lawrence County, three friends highly recommended this company. Contacted them and received a response that evening, a bid estimate the next day and due to the perfect timing and a schedule opening, mom’s house was crowned with a beautiful new roof. She couldn’t be happier and we are thrilled that this major project has been completed with 100% satisfaction….the areas surrounding the house were cleaned up, and the workers were diligent in their work efforts! Wow! What a beautiful bouquet, along with great service! A little background, so there I am wanting to send flowers to my friend. Of course I’m searching online and find something, go through the order process and get a service fee for 1/2 the price of the flowers! Well I’m not having that, search for a florist and up pops “Little Miss Florist” pops up, give them a call and talk to a real person, explain what I want and she passes me onto Sarah. Who promptly drops everything that she’s doing and starts talking flowers and colors and what’s in stock what looks good together etc., finally we talk about how much and then the other details that are needed. Lo and behold an hour and half later I get a text from me friend with a picture of a beautiful arrangement of flowers! I have been going to vision center in Ogdensburg for years. Very affordable since I do not have insurance. And they use my AARP discount. The doctors they have are very knowledgeable and kind. The girls are very helpful and accommodating. My husband went and was nervous because his last eye examination with a doctor in Potsdam basically told him he was going blind in one eye and he probably should have surgery. The Dr at Walmart asked him about his eye condition and had a completely different opinion. Was very reassuring and very familiar with his issues. Gave him an encouraging prognosis. We are very happy with the service and doctors that have been provided for us over the years.
TONYA is amazing. Great for anyone who wants a professional experience and results but don't have to pay enormous amount of money. Very easy to talk to and is the ideal hairdresser only movies have. PLEASE GIVE HER A CHANCE you will never go anywhere else again.

I had them come in to repair the flooring in our new townhouse. The builder had done a very poor job of installing which left tiles buckling and scratched.They did a great job of resolving the underlying issue and replacing the damaged flooring.
