The Washboard is a great asset to the Ogdensburg community. Having a place to drop off your dry cleaning is very helpful. It's a great place with helpful, knowledgeable people.
It was very hot in there,no exhaust system.Several dryers either didn't close or just not working.;same with some single washers.They only had 2 mega washers for heavy big loads. It was kept well though.
I have been tanning at the washboard for like 15-20 years. The beds are always clean and rarely do you get a cold bed. Tammy will warm them up for you if she has time. I just love her and the girls that work there. It's the nicest laundry mat around. And someone is ALWAYS there. So not only are your clothes SAFE. But the beds are nice and the lotion selection is amazing. I highly recommend
